Also the new pay structure is better than previous years but still not enough. With recent change the work environment has gone downhill. From employee favoritism and lack of moral conduct. Also when previous management recommended for an associate to be promoted the new manager told employee they where unqualified due to not having a degree. Allowing one employee to come in late and not responsible for any of the "other" duties asked of every other employee speaks volumes.

Slow business environment. Lack of advancement opportunities beyond Manager unless you are in tight with the Executive group. Typically hire Director and above from Whirlpool.

Terrible culture created from the top- down. Some employees have created a very negative culture making it impossible to be comfortable in that working environment. No trust, no respect for each other, too often personal business or lifestyle choices interfere with the company culture.
