I think the benefits and overall job security is good, with the added bonus of lots of overtime and opportunities for growth or expansion into different sectors of the company.

The forward progression of a CSA is dependent on the success of your store and the involvement of yourself on Microsoft teams, which seems self serving and ethically wrong, competing between fellow employees.

The benefits are pretty decent and the hours aren’t bad

Expect too much from employees and uneven workloads with too much expected from weekday shift when nothing is expected from weekend shiftand the weekend shift gets paid more

I thought I would retire from this company but now I am looking for new opportunities. Our managers used to have a voice over how to run their own team. We used to work from home 2 days a week providing us a solid foundation to prevent burn out. Especially considering we have a lot of work with mediocre pay and zero praise, we have to pay to use the gym and we have horrible benefits.

New CEO doesn’t care about his employees but is obsessed with looking the part. While he may ask for employees opinions or concerns it is only so that he may justify why he is going to do whatever he wants anyways. He completely removed Monday as a work from home day even after we protested against it. He went on to say he had no intention of removing our second remote day. Barely a year later he just removed our second remote day. Many of us are from different states. Having Friday and Monday remote made it possible to visit family while not leaving our teams struggling with our absence or losing out on funds. I have noticed the new coffee shop, upgraded food items in the cafe, renovated lounge areas and much more. I would hate to think the real reason we need to be in the office 5 days out of the week instead of 3 is because of the extra revenue us being in the office brings.

Parking? There are very few pros I can think of. Nothing that’s different than everywhere else - vacation pay, benefits

Favouritism, very clique-y, no room for advancement, no/very low pay increases even when the company is making money, pay and bonuses and commission are heavily taxed, holidays are based on US holidays

Full time permanent position has great benefits and salary in a company that practices diversity, inclusion and equality along with an innovative mindset where talented people want to work well and get along. No bully bosses here with toxic, dysfunctional or otherwise negative atmosphere. Young and old alike from across the globe thrive here.

I’m so at home here and I am well fed. My teammates even got me a bicycle to get to and from work. I live less than 2.3 miles. Could I get some new shoes? Lol just kidding no cons here.
