Lbg used to be a great place to work for. However structure changes and poor senior leadership has completely changed the feel of the company. Everything is about money and where this can be saved through AI. No loyalty to colleagues who have worked really hard and been with the company for years. Make decisions that suit them, with no consistency. Decisions made by people who have never done the job and not willing to listen to colleague feedback.
