mB is a fantastic organization to kickstart your professional sales career. The training is terrific and helps to cement a solid foundation of skills as you progress through your time there and prepare for your next role. The people and culture are unmatched. You will make great friends here and it was always a highlight of my day getting to collaborate with my teammates to share strategies and ideas. The clients cover a wide range of industries, so you'll get experience in various verticals as you decide what industry you want to work in post-mB. Management is hands on and always available for help and feedback when needed. Lots of promotion opportunities available and a great opportunity to gain leadership experience early in your career. If you choose to go elsewhere after your 15 months, the rising stars program offers a fantastic placement process through their recruiting network. They helped me land a great role at another top firm and prepared me well for the rigor that comes with it!

      Cons

Low base to start, but there are lots of ways to raise your base or make bonuses.

      Pros

Too many reasons to work here - the people are great and I've made some of my best friends working here. It's a great place for folks to get their foot in the door in one of the most lucrative industries who might not have had the chance otherwise. There's also a ton of opportunity for career advancement both internally and externally with clients, etc.

      Cons

Not so much of a con but the job definitely isn't for everyone, it's a grind and you have to come in and put in the work everyday to do well. There's a lot of rejection so it takes the right mindset to be successful.

A smart and fair business model.

      Pros

I found the leadership at memoryBlue to follow through on their word, provide clear growth opportunities, and reward you with actual compensation bonuses and increases — a rare find in my experience. Overall, the Co-Founders and CEOs treated me with respect and valued my contributions to the company. I would recommend anyone who has the right personality for sales consider starting their career here and any company who needs reputable SDRs to look to memoryBlue. Honestly, I think this is one of the best places I've ever worked. They didn't abuse my time and offered anything you could ask for from a job — more money for a job well done, growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and an array of added perks that they didn't have to provide. I did not care too much for my direct manager, however, the leaders of the company were always great.

      Cons

It's a very young culture and can be kind of isolating if you're older than 25 and not into a certain vibe. You can't start on a 401K until a year of employment, at least you couldn't when I was there.

      Pros

      - Great onboarding and ongoing training. The best place to learn sales. - Awesome work environment, made a lot of friends here. - Very good path to getting a great job outside of memoryblue and plenty of opportunities to advance within.

      Cons

      - Relatively low salary compared to industry standards, this ends up paying off once hired out.

Great culture with limited internal advancement opportunities

      Pros

      - Great culture and development opportunities - Can learn tech sales in many different industries to find where you best fit - They invest in great tools -Alumni program is really beneficial

      Cons

      - Hard to progress into AE position internally ( they are working on this though) - If you are good it is great, but it is a steep learning curve on some campaigns, and you can get kicked to the curb quickly if you aren't performing.

      Pros

memoryBlue provides networking opportunities that you will not find elsewhere. This is a place where you get out what you put in, and your work ethic shows. The people are friendly and there are multiple different types of growth opportunities. Another perk is that you won't sit as an SDR for 2+ years the way you do elsewhere.

      Cons

Base salary starts low, but you need to bet on yourself to hit bonus opps.

      Pros

MemoryBlue put me through multiple rounds of interviews, gave me a verbal offer, then confirmed it — only to pull the offer out of nowhere while I was on my honeymoon. No apology, no explanation, just a cold, careless email saying the job was no longer mine. I turned down other great opportunities because I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. Their process is completely disorganized, and they clearly have no respect for people’s time, careers, or lives. This company plays with people’s futures. If you’re considering working here — don’t. If this is how they treat new hires before day one, imagine what it’s like on the inside. Avoid at all costs.

      Cons

I went through multiple rounds of interviews with MemoryBlue and was eventually offered a position. I was thrilled and turned down other great opportunities based on that offer. While I was on my honeymoon — with no prior warning — the company suddenly rescinded the offer without explanation or accountability. This was an incredibly unprofessional and distressing experience. It showed a complete lack of respect for candidates’ time, energy, and career decisions. If this is how they treat potential employees before even starting, I can only imagine what it’s like working there. Be cautious — especially if you’re considering leaving another opportunity for them.
