Great environment, and people. Coming from a background with no previous experience in the field. Managers and team members always willing to help you learn and improve.

Greatest downside I experienced was the fast-rotating shift schedule (12-hour shifts; on 2 days on daylight, 2 days off, 3 days on night, 2 days off, and so on), but not everyone works this schedule so it's situational.

Good PTO,and shut down at end of year

No one to train you, when you ask to go to another shift to train no one responds.
