Good work life balance and good for freshers

Limited opportunity to progress internally. No pay raise and limited benefits. Annual leave is only 10 which is the least I have seen in any company

They recruit you from full time positions with benefits and tell you that you are not on contract, then give you trash benefits, no 401k, and lay you off because the contract ended and promise to find you another project but they never do
