Haven't found any major red flags so far

There are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn new things. As I have seen the management is very supportive when it comes to this, you get recognized for your work, you get credit where credit is due.

The pay is not that good. They might pay you well for a good position if you are coming from a different company, but then hikes are not that good, you got to be exceptionally good, and prove that they need you to get good hike.

Great workplace, helpful management, also has great options for career growth.

Bit problematic for transport. Uber and other apps takes a lot of time. If self transport is available then it would be perfect.
