Once you're out of project you'll be treated like a criminal and anytime they will turn you into a scape goat, whoever has inside contacts only can get projects easily. Particularly if you're a technically sound resource in bench and new to the organization only god can save you here. Even in your bench connect calls, you'll get a harsh response for basic questions.
