- Pompous upper management - Pay rise for bottom rung of ladder pulled but bonuses have been paid to members of management - Poor treatment for Production staff who should definitely unionise - Almost no opportunity for growth or progression - Unclean environment despite paying a cleaning company to be on site daily (Toilets never have working soap machines)
