What are perks and other benefits like at National Debt Relief?

You get to work from home, Benefits are great you get PTO,PCH,Sick time, lots of different way to earn money, training is pretty thorough, pay is decent while in training,

Could be stressful if youre not used to sales/emotional sales, Overtime is different but could be very beneficial if you make good commission.

A work from home opportunity with great benefits. 6 figure income potential. High percentage of clients enroll. Great direct supervisor.

Some days seem longer than others, lots of dialing not enough contact with potential clients.

I’ve been working at NDR for close to 4 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The pay is great with earning potential through commissions and bonuses, and the benefits package offers real peace of mind. One of the best parts in my experience is flexibility of my schedule, which allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance but also ample opportunity for overtime to maximize paychecks. The team environment is incredibly supportive, with a collaborative spirit that makes every day enjoyable. I also feel truly supported by management—they provide clear guidance and are always available to help me succeed. Overall, it’s a rewarding job where I’m able to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

No cons I can think of

The pay is decent, the benefits are very good.

Management are a bunch of crooks... and they lie all day.

Good pay opportunity with benefits. Best new hire training I've been in. Positive virtual environment with a lot of teams interaction. People are great. Schedule I chose when hired was respected and consistent. Unlimited OT without pressure to work OT.

More of a neutral point for me but you change supervisors often. A very detailed service to learn so training is at least a month before you can start working on getting sales.

Quick changes that have to be implemented

Great commission , competitive hourly wage , great place to learn about debt and ways to manage it, good benefits

They use scare tactics to drive performance , instead of coaching to a weakness you may have they put you on a perfomance plan then terminate with really no fair shot

This company rocks. We have an incredibly empathetic culture due to the nature of our business. The team is great about pivoting when need be. We have the ability to collaborate easily and ensure a fair workload so there is less burnout. I really love our remote culture, our work life balance and our technology with humanity approach. This company is also great about raises, bonuses and promotions. We hire strong people who stay a long time and can really grow in this team. There is genuine care for employees.

Still a bit of a startup mentality, so shifting priorities happen from time to time which does cause some disruption. The other con is we need a better PTO policy and we really need to change the benefits waiting period to 1st of the month after start date vs 1st of the month after 30 days. We live in a country that will continue to tie healthcare to employment and as such we should be more consistent with getting people on benefits asap to provide better peace of mind.
