      Pros

Pay and canteen thats about it

      Cons

I worked with one of the worst managers I ever worked with during my time here. I would actually class her as evil in how she treated her staff. Incompetence is promoted and most managers seem to have gone to the University of the Linkedin post. I observed instances of racism. Was subjected to bullying and am aware of instances where people are bullied via the performance management process. HR are aware of issues with bullying and do nothing about it. There is a well known instance in Barcelona where one person was invited to a meeting to discuss Spanish classes and was subsequently fired and not provided with statutory payments that they were entitled to. The Barcelona tech hub is a place to be avoided.

None. They’ll just lead you on and waste your time.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional Management: They let an intern handle interviews and recruitment — seriously? - Practice, Not Hiring: The intern used other applicants just to practice interviewing skills — what a joke.. - Zero Professionalism: They don’t even bother giving proper feedback — you’re left wondering what went wrong. No Communication: The intern conducting the interview was so unprofessional — no follow-up, no updates, just ghosted. - Unjustified Ego: The intern acted like she was so right and above everyone when she didn’t even have the decency to respond.

      Cons

The culture in the customer service department is very toxic. You can survive only if you belong to a certain group from a certain background. They support each other with training, working together, and possibly getting you promoted within months! The CSR Managers will beg you to carry the load of the others who are on vacation most of the month or super slow just to keep the team KPI at the bonus level because the salary is very low and not worth it without the bonus. Part of the KPI is based on clearing the claims/ but the claims are never completed and even if you finish yours, you will have to carry the others' work because it will be measured against the team. Gossip and politics are through the roof. People are leaving and new hires all the time. They take anyone even with no experience.
