      Pros

In the interview process, I appreciated how candid, down to earth, and talented the people I spoke to were. After onboarding, I've experienced the same as we work together in meetings and strategizing. Being in the office a few days a week has been a great way to meet people and connect with the team, while the WFH days help me stay caught up on work. I haven't had this much fun at work since before the pandemic.

      Cons

The only con that comes to mind is the office location. I like that it's very transit friendly, but wish the immediate neighborhood was a little cleaner and safer. Once you're inside, the office itself is very nicely equipped.
