      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Great people, management and culture - Superb work life balance. Rarely do I find myself working after hours as long as I get the work done. - Using industrywise tools - Awesome work from home policy (varies by team)

      Cons

      - Big changes are difficult to make - Lots of data but not really data driven. Using a lot of heuristics instead of machine learning, constantly using vendors instead of building inhouse models and tools - Salary on the lower range of the industry - Embarrassing Parental leave - Office location isn't the most accessible by public transport. Rumor has it we'll be moving to even a worse location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate aspects of the benefits package, holiday flexibility, and compensation arrangements. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with management and team culture has not been a positive one. Creating a respectful, supportive, and constructive work environment is very important to us. We recognize that flexible work arrangements can vary across teams depending on business and operational needs, and we understand how differences in expectations can lead to frustration.
