What is working from home like at Pratt & Whitney?

The work from home opportunity is quickly dissapearing

It has Good company culture

No work from home policy

even though they push for coming into the office, its mostly the higher ups that want this most of the managers will let you work from home most of the time as thats what they do as well

overall not a safe environment in test development, if you mostly work from home you will be happy here otherwise dont bother

Extremely knowledgeable coworkers. Many different oppurtunities within the company and RTX as a whole. Sort of flexible if you need to work from home for a specific reason, however this is very department/group dependent.

For me it was just the type of work in this role. It was all desk oriented and that is not for me

- flexible hours and remote work - interesting projects

- larger company = slower movements

Good annual compensation package and same across whole site.

Good and bad performer get the same compensation package results a toxic environment. Odd working hour (7.30am-4.45pm)
