Pyramid is cool. The pay is nice, and you get good benefits. You can work from home, which is awesome. Kieron from HR is really helpful.

Projects could be demanding. Sometimes you get asked to work late. Overall, I think it's still a decent place to work.

The project was pretty short although the training was extensive and on-going for the most part, hourly pay was pretty fair for the type of work offered, benefits are great and offered pretty fast. Shruti Srivastava was excellent in communicating everything about the project, helping me navigate all of my systems, making sure i submit items in a timely manner and make sure I'm comfortable with the position throughout the course.

After training shifts were inconsistent you'll work each day a different timeframe which sometimes left no time to sleep or get certain things done around your home.. the contract ended abruptly, i wasn't removed from the project like most agents were, it appears as though the client didn't need as many agents and gave me a shorter time-frame when contract end-date which doesn't bother me as long as new work is offered in a timely manner. I've asked my pyramid consultant about any offers and i don't get much feedback other than to complete other steps.

They offer remote work opportunities.

Your job is never safe. They have constant rounds of layoffs, and continuously send more jobs to their offshore office locations in India. If they can find someone else to do it for less money they will. They also have terrible benefits and while they promote flexibility that does not mean you will have work-life balance. Even if you take time off, you're not truly off.

The pay is competitive, and the work environment is solid. My point of contact, Kieron, is always on top of communication and ensures I stay updated.

The benefits package could be improved compared to other companies.

I had an amazing experience working with pyramid as a program manager. I was working with one of there premium clients Centene and I recently got hired full time. I can't thank the pyramid team and recruiters for this opportunity and Namrata for all the support.

No benefits were provided as a contractor, everything else was good.

Group is not as diverse or equally involved in the day to day as it seems there is a specific culture hierarchy. They do not give the same opportunities or work responsibilities to colleagues in the same position. People who are Indian are given much more leverage in every aspect of the job.

The benefits offered are rather generous - only a 3 month waiting period to participate in their 401k plan. My HR contact, Zareena Boquerin, always gets back to me quickly whenever I have a question or need help. In fact, she is the reason #1 reason why I give Pyramid the highest score possible. I also really liked the recruiter who brought me onboard - really engaging and the follow-up was excellent.

Wish they were able to offer a couple of paid holidays and PTO days.
