How is management perceived at Pyramid Consulting?

Work culture can be improved, a lot of politics, you will have to fight your way to make things work, no one is there to support you or help you, and every manager is just a predator to extract all the juices you have.

I've had the pleasure of working for Pyramid for more than a year and it's been a great experience. The team and management are supportive, especially Kieron, our CCA, who was always available for guidance and support. I highly recommend Pyramid.

The contract ended earlier than expected. Nonetheless, it was a great experience.

My HR manager Mitali Saxena is incredibly supportive in resolving any discrepancies and she has been paying attention to every small detail. This made my onboarding very smooth.

No issues with the team in any of my projects

No pros as far as I know other than Hr management.

Lowest pay rates than any other vendor. Does't give a pay raise even after years of working with them.
