What is the salary like at Qualitest?

the companies you are stationed can be amazing, like Google, Meta etc.

salaries could be better, no enough growth options, no much perks and benefits, management is not attentive enough

The company provides timely salary payments and offers good perks and benefits. However, the project I am currently working on is not very engaging or satisfying.

The workload can be quite heavy, and the extended shift hours may cause stress or headaches at times

Good salary, hybrid schedule ( 2 in the office and 3 from home), bonus ( last time the reduced the bonus and it was quite chaotic) transport allowance ( used in full to pay busup)

Poor management, imposible to grown in the company, they don't care about employees only about the client.

Salary is very Low Yearly raises are no more then 3.5 to 4% max .When you ask for more raise your account handler get together with your manager and point out your silly mistakes from the entire year and says you are getting enough can’t give you more raise.Mistakes like : oh you dont ask questions in meeting. No Years Bonus at all .
