      No pros they will ask you to start working in night shifts abruptly.They don’t even listen to your health advice issues

      Cons

      All cons it’s just a client pleasing company.If client says ur a donkey they will accept and move ahead.The TLs are operations team have no planning or foresight and make you work for long hours without even paying you over time
