What is the hiring process like at Rutgers University?

The Rutgers Future Scholars Program is managed by inexperienced grads. They don't understand the recruitment process, are inflexible, and are really looking to take advantage of the inexperience of the student body.

Going through the process of something like getting a travel reimbursement is incredibly complicated and time consuming.

Background checks is a long process. Hiring process needs to change.
