Excellent employer benefits including attractive pension scheme, shares scheme, paternity leave and holiday schemes.

Lack of autonomy (consistently) across management levels which can often be the case with large corporates, and lower level salaries that are supported by attractive benefits

Excellent work-life balance, benefits and decent pay. Share scheme can get you second salary after some years of saving.
