Lack of autonomy (consistently) across management levels which can often be the case with large corporates, and lower level salaries that are supported by attractive benefits
Good benefits, flexible working hours, generally good people

Leadership clueless concerned with shareholders only. Massive change in company priorities and leadership has led to layoffs and bad morale. Salary progression is next to impossible.
