      Pros

Great overall personal benefits include Manulife health insurance, personal days, personal banking benefits, pension plan matching and stock matching.

      Cons

The retail banking system is obsolete. The branch environment could become very stressful to handle when you try working your butt off to meet targets and deal with difficult customers. Most of the time, managers are not supportive of moving out of retail banking.
