Probably the best company to work for as a restaurant manager. The benefits are really great, nothing like I’ve seen on other companies.

The cons I experience are mostly related to my location rather than a company-wide thing.

If waitressing wasn't so hard on the body I'd still be there. Great environment, thoughtful management, tons of long term employees which is a great sign. Darden has great perks and benefits!! First restaurant i EVER actually received a break. Food is PHENOMENAL
