What is working from home like at Securitas?

Work from home was the only slight upside

Too many to list, absolute disgrace of a company, Very low salary for the expectations, Work culture is toxic, no support, no ownership, each department pass the buck. Lots of online modules to work through for company policy etc but falls into insignificance when you hear about Securitas Sweden employees taking government officials to strip clubs etc.

Freedom WFH options Offices everywhere

Poor management culture and lack of leadership. Not clear career path

close to home. 2 days off usually.
