What is the salary like at Shiftsmart?

-The Pay is good and you are given a certain amount of time to complete the inspection when you want. -The job is fulfilling because you are helping the companies fix their blind spots to improve optimization and efficiency in the day to day operations.

-This is a job for someone who is comfortable with walking up to operations managers and general managers of properties to gain insight. It helps to have great communication skills and the ability to advocate. -Must have a go getter attitude to maintain opportunities. -writing reports and taking picture proof of issues and take time and often times you have to take work home.

Easy work very fair pay if you have an issue with a shift or payment you can contact the help box put in a ticket and they respond quickly. You get paid right away. You male your own schedule days in advance.

No one to speak to directly in case of a 911 but I'm sure that doesn't happened often app has a lot of issues runs slow but you'll get threw it

Their pay is REALLY LOW for the amount of work you do! Customer support is a hit or miss. I’ve had some rude customers service agents but I’ve also had nice ones. Very inconsistent shifts. The app is super glitchy!

You had the ability to schedule whenever you’d like within the day. Having the ability to mostly converse with coworkers was nice. Independence is consistent throughout shifts.

No customer service is a big issue, mostly bots. Could take up to a week before you’d get someone to respond to you and worst part is you’d have to repeatedly bother them. Pay is bad now, since it’s a 1099 job they can get away with paying you below minimum wage for your select state. Not worth it.

Flexible shifts, some with decent pay. Opportunity to work throughout Tucson at a number of different employers fulfilling different roles. Primarily four hour shifts. Fairly easy work. Little direct supervision.

No raises, sick time, 401k, human resources, or quality assurance company. They stiffed me on a shift that I showed up to even though the location was permanently closed. One manager spent an hour in the restroom smoking fentanyl pills before supervising me. Another made me sign a paper saying I wouldn't take any restroom breaks or refill my water bottle. At yet another location two employees made disparaging remarks about homosexuality. If you complain they remove that location from the shifts that are visible to you, decreasing the shifts you are able to pick up. Also, if you work any time over the four hour shift, they won't pay the extra time unless pre-approved by management. Also, they regularly post jobs which have already started all the way up to three hours into the shift. If you mistakenly accept a shift that's already started you automatically get marked as a no show. If you get turned away from a location, make sure to wait to be told how you can still get paid, if you leave without taking the proper steps you lose out on money owed to you.

They reject payments, some jobs offer less than minimum wage, the companies you go to work for are sometimes staffed by people who don't understand that we are independent contractors not employees and they cannot micromanage our shifts, they don't pay you for shifts you complete, they have arbitrary rules that change too often and without warning to be legal.

Remote Work, Flexible Schedule, Weekly pay

WASTE OF TIME, NO REAL PAY, WORST Customer Service. NO Live Support, Team Lead, or Manager exists. On Current dead-end Remote project Blocked from seeing other Opportunities of higher pay Or a better Fit. There's no way to get in touch with them. Only through a BOT with a response 2days later (if at all) via one-way email with a generic Response to everything. No help at all. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME. No Communication with a Real Person. Agents are left to "Fly by the seat of their Pants" alone. “No Reply” Email & Texts; you can't speak to a live person to get clarification on. VERY LOW PAY. Not a Real Living Wage to pay bills or for financial growth. Constant issue with the App to Clock in then you're Marked as a No Show. If this happens twice you are Blocked from seeing any Shifts for 7days. IT IS THE WORST.
