They offer bonuses that are many times unobtainable. They're currently fighting me over paying a $65 bonus I've earned, not looking at the supporting documentation I've provided, not giving me a way to escalate my issue to a manager or even someone who is a native English speaker. I don't care that they offshore their customer service, but they clearly don't understand what I'm asking, and they're the most unhelpful people. They prey on people who need money. They have performance tiers for stats, but the rewards they give are miniscule. For example: 25 cents per gallon discount on fuel. If you use a specific app and go to specific places. Limit 2 fillups. I have a 13 gallon tank, so that nets me $6.50 IF those stations don't charge more per gallon than others.
They only give enough time to grab and go, but if you want to give good customer service you have to take photos of available items and wait for responses. They also only pay for the time it takes to shop and deliver. I had one order, for 2 items at Target where I was given 2 minutes to shop. I can't even walk from my car to the store in 2 minutes, let alone shop and then wait in the customer service line and walk back to my car.
They're predatory and have lousy customer service. Their business model puts shoppers in the position of having to choose between giving good service and getting tips, and being quick so your base pay can be a living wage.
