Good benefits, work life balance depending on team you are on, usually organized and structured if you like that, comp is decent

Very large corporate bureaucratic feel to it. Definitely a lot of politics between different teams. You can see why the people at the top are there because they are good at it. It is very relational and people who are promoted are largely based on relationships and who's your friend. Also, don't tell HR what you really think because HR will go back and tell your direct manager. If you don't want your manager getting back at you for your feedback, don't do it.

Unclear opportunities for promotions/growth paths. Your growth is very dependent on your direct manager.
