Good work/life balance, low stress levels, nice perks, overseas travel, great office location, ability to work with people from around the world and to learn different cultures and customs, which in turn gives you a great deal of perspective

Organizational structure is quite complex, which can negatively impact operations and communications flow, decision making process is lengthy, no equity options

there is no clear transparency of management decision to middle management seems like everyone wants to add in opinions but no key decision maker. we have to ask around different parties to align on one task which takes up a lot of time.

Good benefit and support for mothers with kids but not so much so singles. Flexible working hour.

Power harassment and toxic working environment won't be taken care by HR or anyone in the company. Don't have a fair or good support or promotional opportunities for talented, motivated people but promotions highly judged by managers' personal preference. Manegers not respecting diversity even though the company claim to do so.
