Great benefits and pay. Lots of vacation and PTO. Bonus also was decent.
Cons
Boring and slow. Had to work with many non-technical "engineers." Some good-ole-boy vibes. Pro-trump emails daily. Personally I don't think politics should be in the workplace.
Great benefits, pay increase every 90 days, percentage raise and COLA raise every year (but thats based on current contract). People are pretty cool to work with.
Cons
Training for completely new people is a little lacking. They give you a general idea of processes, but ultimately your training begins when you get to your shop. That training is done through mostly tribal knowledge in a lot of areas. I was only there for 8 months before a tiny layoff got me.
For the most part fellow employees are great to work with. Pay and benefits are decent.
Cons
Thinking managers actually do their jobs to better benefit their workers and product. They do not care about quality. It's more about quantity. They forgot about "Quality without compromise".
Pay and benefits are good. Flexibility exists in the salaried world to move into different departments and roles.
Cons
Too much work and too few resources. HR turnover is high because of this. Leadership development is lacking as well as time to train new shop floor employees.
