Tight knit department teams, benefits are wonderful and progressive, I feel empowered to make decisions and I'm not micromanaged. I put forth great effort and feel valued in return.

      Cons

As we have grown larger there has been somewhat more red tape and the layoffs have hit hard, but companies must transform and innovate to remain relevant. The staffing industry is not for the weak.
