Fairly flat organisation structure, very few individual offices and the office floors are very open for easy communication between teams. Very busy, especially on days with busy markets. Good benefits (insurance, pension, free lunch and gym services).

Work days can be very long. If something breaks badly there can be large financial losses by the minute.
