Equipment provided , full IT assistance when needed , fully trained to do your position , you work from home , no commute or travel costs , very friendly Team Leaders , give you guidance and support through out your daily job , great staff benefits, ie discounts on high street retailers , and critical illness plan, and a good amount of holidays to take too

no sick pay unfortunately , otherwise nothing else to fault it

The company is pretty good, but there are some benefits that you have to find out about on your own since the management doesn't always share everything. Also It's especially great for recent graduates!

There are a lot of pros working here at tp, it is a nice company with too many benefits for its employees for example the routs, the employee fund and the punctuality of payments

The organization in some activities, the delay with the routs is also an issue when is your first time using the service.

Long Hours: For now, im observing some positions or role may require long working hours, including overtime, which can be demanding for employees. But this can be improved by higher leadership team.

This is the best company I have worked for in my 40 years of working. The teams you work with are like an extended family. The support I have received over the years to progress from an agent has been amazing. The benefits are good too from the company pension to their refer a friend scheme which I have earned plenty of extra money doing over the years and lots more
