We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We value employees’ feedback and encourage them to share their experiences and suggestions for continuous improvements. We provide multiple channels for employees to report concerns about their employment experience and seek assistance from Human Resources (HR) or management, and we encourage you to reach out through our “open door” policy, speaking directly with the HR representative assigned to your department, or the “Ombudsman System” tool, which can be found within the Employee Voice Channels page.

We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we take allegations of non-compliance very seriously. It is important for us to thoroughly investigate matters such as this one, and we offer various channels for employees or third parties to report any concerns or suspected violations. For instance, we have the Ombudsman System tool that employees can use, and it can be found on the Employee Voice Channels page. We also ensure that those who report or participate in investigations are protected from retaliation. We encourage you to reach out through any of these channels to raise your concerns, and we'll investigate them promptly.
