What are perks and other benefits like at Tenneco?

Good benefits and decent pay,

Company culture is meh, annual spending freezes and layoffs.

My time at Tenneco was average

Lacking a lot of benefits that other companies offer

Good pay and benefits they provide $100 toward boots

Poor atmosphere poor management expects you to work seven days a week have to work 15 straight days to get one day off

This Tenneco is not like the other TENNECO’s around the world, this particular place can’t keep a plant manager for longer than 1-2 years, because their entire management is completely corrupt and back stabbing people, they constantly are changing upper management positions around to find unqualified and unsuccessful ways to try and make things better ?? This is a joke , they back stab their employees that are not a part of their group of corrupt people, the management makes up their own policies and completely ignore the corporate policies ?? One manager will always give more power to an employee they love, and others will throw the book at them when that manager doesn’t like the employee? These managers are a complete failure to the company and all need to be fired and new managers should take over, also this company is so dirty and disgusting, the CEO of Tenneco should come see this horrible particular facility and take action against the corrupt people
