What is paid time off like at Tenneco?

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, paid holidays. Make your money and move on.

Cons

They don't investigate real ethical issues. Would rather silence the people who speak up about problems. Alot of mandated overtime, 90% of the time short staffed.

Does Tenneco offer dental insurance?

Pros

Bonuses are paid semi-annually. Allows company sold earbuds to be worn during work. Double pay on the last day of the week. Monthly employee meetings to discuss management topics with floor workers. 80 hours PTO every year. Health, legal, dental, vision, critical health, injury, life insurance.

Cons

Schedule is inconsistent, can suddenly be told you're working the weekend only one day in advance. Mandatory overtime can be enforced at any time. HR often miscalculates pay and forgets PTO pay.

Advice to Management

Fire Group Leader Hunter immediately. He will chase away all of your employees with his attitude.

JIT supplier for GM Been their 3 years been laid off 3 times. Mangers are put I positions they are not qualified or trained for..

The L9 is the second series model from the Beijing, China-based manufacturer of smart electric vehicles and the third model from a Chinese OEM to feature CVSAe technology.
