Low pto/sick days, networking is really hard with different offices, lots of colleagues don't share work even when they are too busy, expectations for grind, do not appreciate professional boundaries and work life balance, supervisors don't help you get work.

Overall, the benefits and culture is okay. But it changes when you got terminated due to USAID's program being terminated.

I though Tetra Tech was a big company that valued its people. The severance pay says otherwise. According to the Indonesia's labor law, when I was terminated, Tetra Tech should pay the remaining value of my contract (there are some months left). However, they said they could only pay 20% of the remaining contract. It's such a scam.
