      Negotiate Your Base Pay

      Senior consultant
      Current employee
      Dallas, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Remote Work and flexible working hours.

      Cons

During the interview process they promise, all kinds of different bonuses and pay increases for performance and cost of living adjustments. You'll be lucky to get a $100 gift card bonus and a 1%-5% raise once a year, if anything at all. They'll ding you on anything to lower your 1%-5% raise around review time. Expect a 3% raise on average. If you're promoted they give you the title and responsibility increase and wont give you a pay increase until a "90 day probationary period" is complete and they will not give you back pay for those 90 days.

      Pros

Remote, Company Provided Equipment, They seemed nice.

      Cons

They could improve the horrible communication as a new hire when I was told something was going to happen and it didn’t I had a lot of trouble getting ahold of someone

      Pros

      Pay and flexibility was good

      Cons

Managers are uninterested in growing you -- I had one manager mentor me and he got in trouble for spending so much time doing that -- always pushing you to do more things in less time and if you make mistakes because of that, the managers that are successful will throw you under the bus. When I was let go I wasn't even told properly and they had me waiting on furlough for 2 weeks before it was even official. If I had any performance issues, I had no idea as I was just given more responsibility and my new manager was uninterested in me entirely and within 2 months I was let go. Shameful and I urge anyone I see not to work here

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD - DO NOT APPLY

      Community shelter worker
      Current contractor

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Decent pay for the work required

      Cons

This is by far the worst company that I’ve ever worked for in my entire life. They have the most disorganized and inconsiderate management in the entire world. They do not care about you. They do not care about your livelihood. You are just a number in this company and that is all. This is not a team. I was hired a year ago and I knew from the beginning that this was going to be an awful experience. I didn’t receive my paycheck for orientation until three weeks after I had already completed it. I wasn’t put on schedule to even work any shifts for months; anns every other week they were texting me that my schedule was changing or stopped altogether. They don’t care if you have mouths to feed. They don’t care if you need job security and stability. If you need a company that is consistent with understanding and flexible management, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They make up schedules and hours for you to work week after week, and change it on a whim whenever they feel like it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a good employee or not, they just play with your life like you’re a high school student without real responsibilities. If you need job security, stability and peace of mind, STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLY MANAGED COMPANY. The scheduling and payrolls teams are the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered in my life. I would never work for this company by choice EVER again. Seriously the worst company in the world.
