You get to bond with the other people who admit they’re suffering too

- company makes big changes without telling you or tells you last minute - company continuously increases in office days and only tells employees with little to no notice. Offering no support to those who cannot afford to go to the office more than what they were told they would have to when they were hired - higher ups get raises but barely anyone else has for the past 2 years -401k matching was taken away from us with no notice. Yet they continue to list it in their job listings - management is not supportive and borderline abusive/ rude to their assistant counterparts - was given double the amount of work to do as departments merged: was given no title change, no benefits or pay increase - no room for career growth and moving up despite how well you might do your job

The team I had was great, thoroughly enjoyed working with each of them. Health benefits were pretty good too

-extremely social media heavy. RM and DM screen shotted my social media and encouraged others to follow my social media. -lack of professionalism and lack of care for teams -culture was one of passive aggressive feedback, assumptions of negative intent, and lots of contradictions from handbook -if your leadership style differed from what upper management wanted, you were criticized for being different
