The welcome lunch is nice. There is a work from home on one day. Timing is sort of flexible.

Everything is showmanship. Management heads are bully's. Too much antagonizing. Bad managers with shifty knowledge. Misuse of a staff member as an intern

Embarrassingly low pay for "the number 1 music company in the world". They tout that the "perks" of going to gigs make up for it, but getting tickets to gigs you actually want to go to is getting harder and harder.
