Management specializes in micromanaging, and herding. Don't think for yourself, it will get you in trouble. No point in working hard, show up and socialize for 8 hours and go home. Never ever speak your opinion, it could get you fired.

Vestas has amazing benefits and the pay scales are appropriate

Senior (director and above) leadership on the service side of the business apply pressure and fear based leadership styles.

Benefits are great. Plenty of growth opportunity. Interesting work.

Some managers are having still putting too much value on the “buddy”system for promotions.
