There are many different schools, calendars, and colleagues in the county that you can enjoy working with throughout the school year. Additionally, WCPSS' current school board seems to be consistently fighting for better pay and benefits for our county.

There's a lot of behind-the-scenes movement that control your day to day and you won't get a lot of answers on why things change or why you need to do specific tasks.
