What is working from home like at Wake County Public Schools?

-Very understanding about your home life and pretty flexible -pay is good and they have been making improvements but there has been some hiccups (which honestly occur in every county) -leads and supervisors are fantastic very knowledgeable, I really wish they had more time to train us separately

-Meetings -parent advocates (a lot are great some are more intense) -some schools do not have strong sped teams and that makes scheduling, meetings, parent interactions,treatment etc very difficult -all schools operate differently and can be difficult if you end switching or being switched -can end up with 3-4 schools on caseload -can have a high number of students
