Cons
-Industry standard pay
-You only earn 1 day off every 6 days worked, no guerenteed weekends
-They don't have to get you back before the day/s requested off, they can and often do get you back on the first day of your hometime by 12 pm
-Dispatch can be hit or miss. Half the time you get dispatch who only care about their own pay, the other half, you get someone who actually cares about the drivers.
-Their trainers (Leaders), are other regular werner drivers who signed up for the account. They will let anyone with at least 6months or more of experience be a leader. I got lucky and had an amazing leader, but I have talked to other drivers who had horrible ones.
