What is the hiring process like at Werner Enterprises?

Pay could be much better

Hire new drivers, School is pretty good. Trucks are updated.

Dont care about you Low pay $.29 mile

Every other weekend (Sat., Sun., and Mon.) I would have off. The pay was decent for my first time working as a Safety Specialist. Benefits wouldn't have been bad, had I had the option to select them.

The orientation period was in the classroom for 2.5-days. Two days went over the company as a whole, not the position I was hired for.
