Bad pay, bad equipment, high stress low return, not organized, no over time, drivers blocking everything, no one knows how to park, favoritism, low morale, bad raises,
Steady work and consistent miles. The company gives opportunities to drivers who want to gain experience. Dispatch is generally helpful and there is always freight available, which helps you stay on the road and make money
Cons
Pay could be a little higher compared to some other companies. Sometimes the schedule can be tight and communication with dispatch can improve
Terrible work culture. Lots of little clicks. If you don’t belong to one of them you will not fit in. Be prepared to be let go at any moment. It’s a revolving door in that office. Management thinks they walk on water and micromanage their employees.
