I have really enjoyed almost three years at the corporate office in Boise, ID. I look forward to continuing to grow my career with this company. My leaders are visionary, empathetic, and driven. 4. I have grown my knowledge, skills and abilities. 5. The vacation package has improved since I initially started. 6. The office is a productive and modern working environment. 7. I am satisfied with the pay. 8. I enjoy the hybrid work schedule. 9. WinCo is a growing company.
