Pros
Respectful colleagues (peers, not supervisors)
Get to visit office 4 days a week.
Cons
Work-culture is client driven: Clients are gods, you are a mere slave (a resource) for them. You will be asked to work on few side-projects (or work on weekends) to fulfil client demands.
If you join the organization thinking location is suitable for daily commute, management have the audacity to force you travel to client locations.
Work politics: Most of the projects are managed by people of same locality, community who have been working on the same project from 15-16 years. People from such inner circle are awarded with monetary benefits, unlimited WFH request, while others just slog like they don't have life. Upper management is expert in stealing credit of other's achievement / ideas.
