Pros
Being part of a company that genuinely invests in its people and where the work is heading is rare and P44 delivers. AI education is a real investment here, and not just for your current role, but for the future - skills needed in the next 6-12 months anywhere in the industry or out. When you bring ideas to improve products or processes you feel heard and it actually goes somewhere. Leadership is transparent and communication feels genuine, you know where we stand.
The compensation is highly competitive and reflective of the real value you bring to the company's growth, and the shared ownership benefits are not something you'll get at most companies! The culture backs it up, everyone takes part in successes, tons of social gatherings, in office perks and catered events. There's a consistent effort to make sure everyone across the company feels recognized, not just the people at the top.
Cons
Like a lot of tech companies, focus can shift quickly based on customer and market demands, it can be a lot at times, but speaking from experience it comes with the territory. Processes aren't always defined or consistently followed, but it's also an opportunity depending on your role (I personally love defining and driving these process improvements).
