First round via zoom. Then a task and an in person meeting to present the task and a final round informal discussion based around the role and my skill set.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 111SKIN (London, England)
Interview
Was told I had to plan an entire months worth of social media posts including what is it, where’s its being posted, the copy, and how we achieve creating the content. I also had to storyboard one of these posts and then record and create my own video featuring one of their £120 serums
They then only gave me half an hour to attempt to go through everything they asked of me!
What is the point of doing this work for you if you do not bother to afford me the time to show you what I’ve done?
They’ve not bothered to get back to me regarding next steps 1 week later.
Judging from the reviews and the constant redundancies that are occurring according to the other reviews, I dodged a bullet

Question 1
What platforms do you think we need to target and why
Very good interview process: 1 in person interview with the managing director and follow up with an in-clinic day performing treatments, was very thorough and allowed me to see how the business works
