Angenehmes Erstgespräch, aber fehlende Transparenz beim Budget, Es ist Zeitverschwendung. Der 'Vibe' ist nett, aber Bewerber sollten das Gehaltsbudget zwingend ganz am Anfang klären, bevor sie Zeit in den Prozess investieren.

The conversations were friendly and informal, but the process was hampered by scheduling difficulties and ultimately stretched over four weeks, with considerable idle time on their side — followed by another four weeks of complete silence and a subsequent ‘nopology' via email.
