Thank you for your feedback, as we operate in a culture of transparency and always enjoy learning from others. Interviewing, for many, is not an enjoyable experience, which is why we always focus first on getting to know you. Unfortunately, all interviews will have a level of discomfort while both parties are trying to learn if they are an excellent match for one another. 2020 utilizes behavioral based interview questions to uncover the candidates' core strengths and opportunities. We enjoy a healthy discourse and enjoy each other's company.
For the Reputation Specialist position, we are seeking someone who can deal with others' emotions while keeping a cool head. We want someone who is open to learning, as well as receptive to suggestions contrasting to their own.
Upon reading your review and reflecting on your interview, we are disappointed in your perspective of the job. A Reputation Specialist's sole purpose is to help our Leadership identify areas where we are deficient and work with the areas that need improvement. This position is a transformation management role within our organization, to drive transparency with our leaders and to create a better working environment for our employees.
